At the time of booking please state the exact number of people you are renting apartment for – if we find that more people were staying over night we will ask you to leave the apartment with no refund

The check in and check out day is stated at the time of booking and is not changeable at any means.
- In case of loud parties and noises and if our neighbors will call the police – we will check you out the same moment and no refunds will be given.

In case of brakeage or stains at the apartment we will demand full payment and enough days of payment to make apartment as before.

Prepayments and payments are not refundable. All other services are prepaid and nonrefundable too.
